HomeFirst is a locally owned and operated business located in St. Augustine, Florida. No job is too small or too big and can be completed on "short notice". We understand that emergencies arise and we do our best to accomodate YOUR schedule! We are are available 7 days a week. All inspections abide by ASHI and NACHI standards (ASHI® Certified inspector #243213), which are the highest in the industry.

The very latest in high-tech equipment is used. Computerized reports are available within 24 hours (often much less) which list any deficiencies found within the over 400 points of inspection. HomeFirst is fully insured and licensed in St. Johns, Duval, Putnam and Flagler counties.

Prior to founding HomeFirst Inspection Services, Shawn Rowe specialized in residential renovation and restoration, real estate saleperson (currently inactive), served as Operations Manager in a multi-facility, multi-person non-profit organization and has been involved in the construction industry for more than 20 years.
