2007 PRICE SCHEDULE

Prices are for typical home, on slab with up to 1 Kitchen, 4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms. All square footage is calculated on total under roof areas, plus attached garage according to public tax record.

Home Inspection Fees
$295.00 (Under 1800sf)	Complete Home Inspection (Description) + $10 per 100 s.f. (i.e., a 2300 s.f. house would cost $345.00)
$250.00 (under 1500 sf)	Condominium (Common areas not inspected)
$25.00/$50.00	Aged homes over 40 yrs/80 yrs
$60.00	Crawl Space (under house)
Add $100.00 to "Complete Home Inspection" fee	Complete Home Evaluation (Standard Home Inspection with extreme detail to components, mechanicals, permit research, product information custom to home, etc.). This will require a follow up call with request from prospective buyer for confirmation.
*$15.00* - Shipping & Handling fee applied to all out town order for "Home Guide" shipment.
Add-On Services
$125.00 (Prices may vary)	WDO - Wood Destroying Organism (to include wood decay, termites, wood boring beetles). Performed by A7 or other licensed company.
$75.00	Pool (In ground Only)
$250.00 ....................... $75 swab (per sample)	Mold ( Indoor Air Quality test and/or Swab test). More info here. IAQ requires two samples. Standard turn around is 3 days ($50 discount on IAQ test if done at the time of inspection)
Call for prices/package	Security System / 90 Day Home Warranty Package
$250.00	Well Water Testing (FHA, Chloroform and bacteria tests)
