GENERAL REPORT OVERVIEW
After our inspection has been completed, you will receive an emailed report containing detailed information about your home along will digital photos of any findings or concerns. Your detailed inspection report is supplemented with our Home Guide to help answer any other questions you may have regarding some of the components of your home. No need to research the internet about; How does a "heat pump” work? What is “GFCI” protection?, How long will a roof last? What is a safe water temperature? …the list goes on.
The Home Guide covers over 500 specific items within 8 primary categories; Structure, Exterior, Roof, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Cooling, Appliances and Interior. Every item within your home inspection report is cross referenced, making it very simple to read and understand.
On the back of every tabbed section of the report, we have included useful information about maintenance and other issues that home owners can use to help maintain and learn about their home.
The inspection Summary compiles all relevant information from the inspection report into one “easy to read” section.
